DAY 1

PARC OLIVERAIE (‘PARKRUN’)

5km

Parc Oliveraie in Marrakech, Morocco, is the perfect location for the IMS Marrakech Run Crew’s Day 1 event — a 5km run or walk starting from Palais de Congress.

Renowned for its expansive olive groves and well-maintained paths, the course provides a mix of shaded trails and open views, making it an ideal spot for runners and walkers to enjoy the natural beauty of Marrakech.

DAY 2

MENARA GARDENS

7.5km

An ochre building facing the snow-covered Atlas Mountains is one of the most well-liked themes on postcards from Marrakech. The Menara Gardens are here making for one of the running highlights of your stay in Marrakech. It’s a destination that the locals love and covers an area of 100 hectares in the western section of Marrakech.

DAY 3

THE EPIC BOULEVARD

10.83km

The most popular running route in Marrakech (and one of the better options for a longer length run) is a simple straight shot along Boulevard Mohamed VI. This 8 km (one way) street runs diagonally across the city, from P2006 in Champ El Ghoul in the north to P2017 in Agdal in the south.

A wide stone paved walkway lines the centre median for the entirety of the boulevard, featuring gardens, fountains, and palm trees. There are also sidewalks on either side of the road, which is relatively lightly trafficked.

While the full course is close to 11km, this is an out & back so you’re free to choose the length of your run.
