Day 1

Welcome to Sorrento

5km • 120m gain

Our first run is a postcard-worthy intro to the coast, with sweeping sea views and that unmistakable Mediterranean air. A manageable 5km with some gentle climbing to stretch the legs after travel. Think of it as a moving orientation tour – with a chance to earn your first gelato.

Day 2

Lookouts and Leg Work

7.02km • 156m gain

Today we earn our views. A longer course with a few climbs and sweeping outlooks makes this our most elevated route—literally. With more distance and more metres underfoot, this is the day to slow it down, look around, and enjoy Sorrento’s sun-drenched skyline.

Day 3

The Final Five

5.3km • 104m gain

A familiar rhythm to close things out. Slightly longer than Day 1, this final run gives us one last chance to hit the coast, trade stories, and take a few snapshots before the crew disbands. Legs might be tired—but the views are still fresh.
