Technical Tour • Electric Mobility & River Sustainability Experience

Our Technical Tours are always a great way to cap off another Interferry conference. This year is no different as the Interferry2026 Technical Tour will feature an Electric Mobility & River Sustainability Experience with visits to the operations of Thai Smile Bus and The Ocean Cleanup. .

On the morning of November 4, Tech Tour participants will travel along the Chao Phraya River to the Thai Smile Bus headquarters. They will take part in a welcome briefing and presentation, get an overview of operations and key initiatives, followed by a Q&A session. Next, participants will enjoy a technical site visit including the EV charging infrastructure and the marine operations control room.

After lunch, participants will depart from Thai Smile Bus pier and transfer by Riva Express boat to the Ocean Cleanup site where they will enjoy an introductory briefing by Ocean Cleanup team. Next, they will visit The Ocean Cleanup’s Interceptor Vessel.

Participants will then return to the Thai Smile Bus Co. headquarters where lunch will be served.
