HOW TO REGISTER
Registration for the conference, pre-tours, spouses program and evening social events is quick and easy with our online registration. Upon approval of your registration you will be issued an invoice which you can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Use the online registration form on the right to make your selections and complete your registration. We recommend using an updated browser, eg. Chrome or Firefox to fill out the online registration form. Please contact us if you have any issues.
You can book the PreTours, Spouse/Partner Tours, Golf Tournament, Social Events (as a package or individually) and Technical Tour at the same time that you register for the conference using the online registration. If you have already booked your conference registration and later want to add registration for any of the optional tours or social events, you can do so on-line provided they are not sold out. If you have any changes to registrations previously booked, please email Nicole Bond, Membership and Registration Coordinator.
If you are registering after October 1, 2021 we will do our best to accommodate special diets.
Sponsors will be provided with an Attendee Information Form to claim their complimentary registrations in their Sponsor Guideline package.
All refund requests must be received in writing. Refund requests received on or before August 15, 2021 will be refunded in full, less a $100 administration fee. Refund requests received after August 15 and before September 15, 2021 will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given after September 15, 2021.
COVID related cancellations after September 15th – If the nature of the refund request is the result of issues related to COVID, each request will be assessed individually. Delegates testing positive for COVID or who are either restricted from leaving their home country or entering Spain will be fully refunded.
In the event that the conference is cancelled for any reason, registrations will be fully refunded.
