Monday Partner Tour • Positano
Facing the Tyrennian Sea, the Amalfi Coast is one of 51 Italian sites included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The Amalfi Coast seems to be one grand balcony suspended between a sea of cobalt blue and the foot of the Lattari Mountains, in a long stretch of hollows and promontories, coves, cultivated terraces, vineyards, and citrus and olive groves. Set in a unique environment, it is a wonderful example of Mediterranean landscape and is of enormous cultural and natural value due to its topographical characteristics, as well as its historical evolution.
Positano has been a resort spot since the Roman times, with its striking white houses that seem to sweep down toward the sea. The houses surround the Church of Santa Maria Assunta with its dome decorated with majolica tiles, a tin-glazed earthenware produced since the 15th century. Positano’s numerous, narrow walkways are abundant with bottegas (artisan workshops), where visitors can buy local products.
You will enjoy a short guided tour, some free time and then lunch at a local restaurant featuring wonderful flavors of Positano.

Tuesday Partner Tour • Sorrento Walking Tour and La Limonaia Tour
On this wonderful half-day walking tour you will see the many historical sites in Sorrento. Your first stop will be a visit to the Cathedral of Saints Philip and James, which was restored and extended in the XV century to become the archiepiscopal seat. Continuing to Via San Cesareo you reach the Largo Dominova, from where you can admire the cathedral’s belltower.
Following through the historical center you will reach the Church and Cloisters of San Francesco. This impressive building is home to many concerts and art exhibitions. Close to this church there are the Public Gardens overlooking the sea with a splendid view of the Bay of Naples. Leaving the Gardens, you arrive at the Piazza della Vittoria (Victory Square), a beautiful point with panoramic views.
Moving on, you will walk to the Limonaia which is an 8000sqm citrus grove in the center of Sorrento with lemon and orange and other types of fruit trees, as well as centuries-old olive trees. You will enjoy a guided tour in a traditional lemon garden, where you can discover the Massa Lubrense – the oval lemon of Sorrento – grown only on the Sorrento peninsula.
During the visit, the cultivation and production techniques of the most famous lemon in the world– characterized by its thick peel, rich in fragrant essential oils – will be illustrated. You will learn about the lemon growing process, its history, and its use in ancient and modern cuisine.
You will then be treated to a tasting of homemade orange and lemon marmalades, accompanied by Provolone del Monaco, oil olive scented lemon, orange, honey, biscuits and limoncello, Lemon cream liquor and other tasty treats.
